(SK, NS and NB Only) Summarizing Medication Review Results for Prescriber

The Prescriber tab permits you to summarize the results of the medication review for the patient's prescriber. This is especially useful if you wish to provide a proposed solution that you think may assist in the patient's care.

1. Select the Prescriber tab.
2. Select one of the 3 radio buttons below to highlight the reason for your communication.

3. Enter any notes in the Proposed Solution groupbox.
